Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

MODERN ARTS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
 ● Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
● There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
● No cancellations are entertained for those products that the (Company Name) marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and festivals around the world Christmas, New year, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

  • MODERN ARTS does not accept cancellation requests for custom order painting, personalized painting & handicraft items etc. However.
    ● In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

All Paintings are Handmade painting so will be little variation from photos.


Refund Policy

Our return & Refund policy is very simple

Each product we sell is handmade and rare. Still if you are not satisfied not happy with a purchase that you made on  for any reason, you can return it to us within 5 days of the order parcel receive date. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.

Shipping, package & handling charges will be deducted from the return amount.

 As soon as it arrives us , we’ll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.

About By Default Returns:

(A). returned parcel, because of incorrect address or postal discrepancies,

in the non delivery of parcel due to any reasons whatsoever may be.

 will be resent to its destination, on request of the customer new address sending by email to [email protected] or [email protected]  and No anymore else shipping charges for sending it second time.

(B). if customer don’t want to resend order then we will deduct the shipping charge and refund the remaining amount for paid orders. refund to your paid card or bank account

(C). In any case if customer does not attend the items( out of town) we will deduct the shipping charge and refund the remaining amount for paid orders. refund to your paid card or bank account

(D). Courier Company makes 3 attempts to deliver items. if the  customer fail to receive the items will return back to us. We deduct the shipping charge and refund remaining amount in this case of paid orders. 



NO Exchanges can be done.
Its batter return items and make new order which is you want to exchange.
Because return and reshipping charge you have to pay and new items which you want to exchange payment difference also you have to pay. So it batter return then items what you buy and make new order again.
